Who each persona sees in Activity (the Week roster and the Feed). Rows = viewer, Columns = visible member. (The Home crew card has its own scope — see the Crew card tab.)
On Activity — who may appear on Activity surfaces at all (feed, unread badge, week roster and the crew “📊 This Week” rows). Untick someone to take them off Activity while they stay in their circles.
Who appears on the Home crew card. Rows = viewer, Columns = crew member shown (Laura is a crew member — keep her ticked wherever she belongs).
Who sees whose school break terms on the Calendar. Rows = persona, Columns = student.

Home base only — it sets the home-screen clocks and which countries' holidays show. It has no effect on the crew card: where a member appears on The Crew comes from their trip's own destination.
